the first of the wild wood signs I'm thinking of putting a few up in different langauges, you can't be too cautious,
I've allways liked photographing different tree bark textures heres an old and a young pine of the same type,,,, speaks volumes
this tree has grown in a stange way a pine bouquet
theres two neglected lime trees there that I plan to prune and place a sculpture underneath
still ice on the puddle non on the bowls
something set of the camera but I don't know what
contemporary sculpture park, conceptual art, art in nature, land art, installation art

firing the kiln
so yesterday I loaded up the kiln
I fired it for 5 hours
flames coming out of the chimney after four and a half hours
prepared a sign for the wood
this morning I opened up the kiln
and these are some of the results
quite windy in the wood leaves blowing into the bowls
all the camera captured was this cats tail

blackbird singing in the dead of the night
this blackbird just got in the picture
I was a bit late aucoustier today as I've been firing up the kiln results tomorrow
soft evening light in the woods
this mushroom sculpture is slowly disguising itself
those cats go backwards and forwards but not on the bridge
the boar has been digging among the young olive trees but is it art?
I wonder where the sun will set on the winter solstice

loading the wood and will be firing the kiln soon
slowly melting ice on the bowls

jays
two jays were on the bowl
in the night a pine marten I think , first time he's been down here
inconclusive tracks in the sand
here the ice is melting
this bowl broke in two after spending 2 weeks in the sea at cap d'ail I stuck it together again but it still leaks
thsi giraffe sculpture exibited at 'greoux les bains' and 'moustier st marie' along with several others may move up to the woods but the cat does not agree

someones been digging
this dog was back again to investigate the digging
this bird , a jay I think seems to be staring at the camera(you need to enlarge the picture to see)
still ice on the bowls
someone has been messing around here but I don't know who (I need another camera)
the soil on the bridge is frozen solid so no tracks,I've spread some sand to see if theres any movement, an old trick reputably used localy by jealous husbands to check if their wives were having visitors
this mushroom was nudged by an unappreciative visitor
